I can't really tell what color the souls of your Bay-breasted are--they appear a bit yellowish, in which case it would be a Blackpoll. An adult Bay-breasted, even a female, should be at least faintly bay-sided. Also I am your bird seems heavily streaked on the back for a Bay-breasted.
